Celebrating Helen Clements – Shortlisted for Power House Maven of the Year at the Maven Awards 2025
Apr 2, 2025

We’ve got some fantastic news to share. Our brilliant co-director, Helen Clements, has been shortlisted for Power House Maven of the Year at the Maven Awards 2025!
The awards are hosted by Maven, a co-working space in Winchester that champions and celebrates women in business. They shine a spotlight on female founders and business owners who are making a real impact, not just in their businesses, but in their communities and the way they show up in the world.
The Power House Maven category is all about recognising women who are the driving force behind their business. It’s about determination, resilience, and showing up day after day to make things happen and if you know Helen, you’ll know she lives and breathes this.
She’s the kind of leader who works with bold intent but without ego. Quietly confident, fiercely reliable, and always focused on moving things forward, for Troy, for our clients, and for other business owners who need that little nudge of encouragement or practical support to keep going.
Why Recognition Matters in Business
Awards like this aren’t just about trophies or titles, they’re about recognition. And that matters.
Running a business can often feel like a long list of to-dos, especially when you’re the one responsible for wearing all the hats. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget just how far you’ve come, or how much you’ve achieved along the way.
For women in business especially, recognition is powerful. It’s a reminder that what you’re doing is seen. That the long hours, tough decisions, quiet wins, and bold leaps don’t go unnoticed. It builds confidence. It inspires others. And it helps to pave the way for more women to take up space in business, to lead, and to succeed, on their own terms.
Helen summed it up beautifully in her own words:
“Well, this is a lovely surprise… I’ve been shortlisted for the Power House Maven of the Year at the Maven Awards 2025.
The awards celebrate women who are the driving force behind their businesses, and it’s such an honour to be nominated alongside so many brilliant, talented women.
Running a business isn’t always smooth sailing, but it’s these moments of recognition that make you pause and reflect on just how far you’ve come.
I’ll be heading to the Theatre Royal Winchester on 24th April for the ceremony, wish me luck! And thank you to Maven for creating a space that truly supports and champions women doing business their own way.”
The awards ceremony takes place at the Theatre Royal Winchester on 24th April, and we couldn’t be prouder to see Helen’s name on that shortlist.
Whether or not she comes home with the award, she’s already a powerhouse in our eyes and in the eyes of so many she works with and supports every day.
